I don't think we will be spending anything substantial on these young players so I don't think it will. It is probably the case that the bigger signings will take longer because A) Senior players are more expensive therefore more scouting/negotiations are required
B) We may be waiting for the takeover to conclude before parting with any major transfer fees.

SFC is departmental and very likely each one has their own budgets...
