It was direct responses to you quotes and all. You dibtvseem to know what pagan means and ran off Its cool I am used to it
Well then you shouldn't have used it to evidence of something from nothing... So crack on and bring that forward first yeh, where you claimed that was proven by the great minds as happened by chance and no need for god..... Easy to show you as hypocrite...
I've already responded in the last reply. I know full well what pagan means, it's what mohamed's dad was when he and his pagan tribe were tasked with looking after the kaaba and teh 365 pagan deities inside. For many, many years, Pagan's followed very similar practices to those adopted by islam, when it followed later.
Im led to believe that many died in that battle and the Koran hadn't been written by that time so I'm wondering how this transcription could have taken place baring in mind they were dead.
I did prove that, by linking to one of the books, but you refused to read it. You say something cannot come from nothing, therefore you are a blasphemer, as well as a liar. You're going to burn for eternity. Will they give you to someone deemed worthy of paradise, as one of their virgins?
No you didn't. Can you link to where you explained what you mean when you say pagan. What do you know about Muhammad's dad? Can you just give a definition instead of playing games?
Welcome to the Dull from Hull, when he gets to the multiple emoji stage, you knows he's on tilt. That'll be in about 2 or 3 pages time, after he's tried telling you he knows more about your religion than you do, and that you're wriggling and deflecting, when that'll actually be him. You have been warned
You don't answer much do you, you just seem to deny and hide. Pagan can be defined a number of ways, but a simple version is one that doesn't follow a main stream religion. As islam didn't exist, they can't have been islamic. I don't know why you have such an issue with this, it really is just a basic historic fact, that many of the traditions and key dates of Abrahimic faiths, are rooted in paganism. Most of the nonpagan bits are the less spiritual bits added by people for control.
Excuse me for interjecting here chaps but only Muhammad was given the vision/message/visitation. What does his father have to do with it? Muhammed was illiterate and uneducated and the spoken word travels faster than the written. The koran and the bible are very similar i.e. stories etc, It is for me beyond any doubt Christianity is the cornerstone that fashioned and influenced most religions and 90% of their material is Pagan.
This is incorrect as I have explained. Sure people died in that battle and previous battles but these were what we now call hafizes. Ie people who had memorised the Qur'an. Remember this battle took place after Muhammad had died. The Quran had been written down in Muhammad's lifetime by people like Ali, zaid ibn thabit and ubbay ibn kaaf. It was a specific process where it would be written, read back and filed
I thought we agreed yo have a mature discussion? I addressed all your questions but you seen to be intent on making accusations. Not just this thread but bit seems to be your MO in the politics thread too You gave asserted the paganism thing, I provided evidence to say it wasn't and ask you to define what you saw as paganism, why can't you?
Yeah I kind of saw this on the politics thread. He never answers a question and then goes off on the whole " you don't answer" "is that all you got" vibe But cheers and noted
Aye up, another really topical contribution from you stumpy. Good to see still not letting reality get too close to your world.
I have. You haven't provided evidence to show it wasn't at all. If anything, the best I could take from your confused reply was that you had evidence that the pagan rituals predated Islam.
So I did reply? Thanks for admitting it If it was confused ask for clarification, albeit yiy didn't deem fit to bring it up until now, I wonder why? Instead you ran off
Are you actually going to have a discussion, or just throw letters at the screen? I'm clearly saying that paganism predates Islam by some considerable time, and many islamic 'traditions' and dates, have pagan roots. What are you offering in reply, as your previous response was to demonstrate that the traditions predate islam.
Not all died, quite a number of those did and hence it was agreed that to preserve it further it needed to done both orally and written to make sure of the preservation in two forms existed side by side.
