Chambers had a good game, the left back, Chilwell, also, but he tired. They all did like. Held on, but Germany paggered them really.....
Lewis Baker is still the one for me. Chelsea should bring him into their first team squad now, instead of keep sending him back to Arnhem. The lad is going to be world class.
The Germans were the better team on the day, their captain Max Arnold bossed the mid-field from about 10 mins in right to the finish, and we did well to get to the penalty shoot out. However, it was a very enjoyable game to watch, and both sides might have won it in the final minutes of the 90. Chambers was outstanding all night, but on the other hand I thought both of our full backs were well below par.
