Peanuts are a welcome find at any party I attend.

Especially if there's somebody in attendance with a peanut allergy, they're the worst kind of people, constantly talking about it. Go home then!

 

Not that bad the one I dropped the over day looked like a large dropped pan of chilli con carne.

 

I was on a flight last year and was looking forward to a bloody mary and some peanuts.

Then the chief trolley dolly comes over the tannoy and announces that due to 1 passenger having a severe peanut allergy there'd be no snacks on the flight.

They didn't appreciate my sense of humour when I asked them to outline the odds of her going into anaphylactic shock at the mere whiff of a peanut from 20 ****ing yards?

 

Bear in mind i'm old enough to drink Thai whiskey.

 

They're fine at Christmas I grant you but that's more a festival than a party really.
