    can anyone tell me how Gervinho's ban was not extended after a frivolous appeal? as per the FA just shows how the suck up to the big teams by not doing what's correct, they did it to Sunderland a season or two back why not arsenal?

    its a pile of ****e that, it was clearly never going to get overturned so how wasn't it frivolous

    'cos they're planning to punish them further anyway by dishing out a 3 game ban to diaby, so i think that's punishment enough! but i agree if they applied the same rules to everyone then the ban should be extended
