Is there a correct order how to make one, be it tea, coffee or some other? Tea bag Water Milk Brew to desired strength then Sugar My sequence. Same applies for coffee.
Me too but no sugar. I remember in the early 70s When first married we used tea leaves much better tea
I make a top notch brew and this is how: Give the teabag a quick shake to get rid of some of the brown powder that you get with them, add a small teaspoon of sugar, put the water in the second it's boiled and give it a good stir, let it brew for a minute or two, another good stir then ditch the teabag and add milk. Nice strong piping hot cup of tea.
For good coffee the milk needs to go in first, good stir, hot water, sugar/sweeter as desired. You burn the coffee if you put the hot water in first. Office coffee etiquette only. We've got an Nespresso machine at home.
I put the milk in first with coffee because supposedly if you don't the boiling water scalds the coffee and gives it a more bitter taste. Half the milk first and half after usually or it takes forever for it to dissolve.
I do milk first cos I think it makes it easier to gauge the desired strength. My lass gives me untold **** for it you'd think I'd ****ed her ma.
You'd think making a good brew would be easy but the amount of times that people serve you up a barely warm, flavourless cup of tea. Probably the lousy no good degenerates that put the milk in before the water.
