I don't think Ed Sheeran is best suited to festivals / massive venues. I thought the same when I watched his Wembley gig. His music comes across better in more intimate venues imo. Chic smashed it yesterday, Nile Rodgers is a ****ing legend.
6 weeks of cutting started this morning, woke up by the baby at 5 so prepped some porridge with apple, cinnamon and sultanas. That's my carbs done for today as it's a non training day (active rest day lol). Water, water, water... some serious tuna **** going on for lunch then bbq for dinner innit. Got matey who's a fabricator knocking me up a small frame to bolt to a concrete post in my back garden, and I'm taking a striking pad outside that's been gathering dust in my attic for a couple of years. Can't wait.
Barry Gibb was good to watch, fair play. I even thought Katy Perry did well. Nothing to do with her rack, no siree.
If she'd have had plenty of flesh and cleavage on show I'd have sat through her tedious drivel. As it was, a cat suit had me turning off within a minute. Disappointing.
Did you see Jamie Foxx on the Graham Norton Show the other night? ...about Ed Sheeran - if you havent seen it, it's worth seeing on some form of catch-up ... to cut a long story short he once let a young budding musician (Ed Sheeran) sleep on his couch, then took him to an all black music event and entered him in the acts to play ... he was asked what the hell he was thinking of by sone of his friends to which he replied (to paraphrase) "Guess we should just see what the boy can do" ... apparently young Ed got a standing ovation from one and all ... great story.
If you ain't looking at that, you're either gay as ****, or they might as well start digging the hole for you!...
I remember once on the Graham Norton show they had Katy Perry, Ana Kournikova and Jason Manford on the sofa. Jason Manford found it hard to concentrate during his interview......was funny to watch.
