Maybe you'll be able to score against the reserves this season? You may not get 4 chances this time, though
It was the £65-£70m that took me back to something I said 2 weeks ago about a CB being your highest earner
£250k per week and he has been worth every penny. Needs to go now though to free up wages for younger players.
He has 3 choices, China which I doubt, America which is most likely or Everton where he would have to accept a reasonable wage. For me it would be America with Everton a close second but I would not be very surprised if he retired.
Balotelli to sign new contract after scoring 17 goals in 28 games for Nice. Good striker that lad with intelligent players around him.
Jurgen Klopp told to pay £70m to sign Naby Keita for Liverpool Mario Balotelli has signed a new one-year contract with Nice. Pundit explains why Liverpool won’t sign Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang Kasey Keller plays down talk of Liverpool signing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in the summer transfer window Kasey Keller has questioned whether Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang would want to work with Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp. The Gabon international is expected to leave Borussia Dortmund in the current transfer window after growing disilussioned with life at the Westfalenstadion. Aubameyang finished as the Bundesliga’s top goal-scorer last term after the 28-year-old scored 30 times in 31 games under Thomas Tuchel’s management. The Dortmund coach has since left his role, and Aubameyang has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League in the summer transfer window. Aubameyang was brought to the German club during Klopp’s stint in charge of the Bundesliga outfit, which naturally would suggest Liverpool could be a possible summer destination for the striker. However, former Spurs goalkeeper Keller has claimed that Aubameyang and Klopp don’t share an understanding, which would prevent a switch to Anfield as a result. “There was some tension where he didn’t speak kindly of the exiting manager [Klopp],” Keller told ESPN FC. “There were some words there.” Liverpool finished in fourth place in the Premier League table last term, securing a spot in the Champions League. The Reds have signed Chelsea striker Dominic Solanke and AS Roma winger Mohamed Salah in the summer transfer window so far.
You seem to think that all big clubs just buy players for the sake of it. There has to be a need (unless you're Real Madrid where signing are more of a status symbol). As someone else has said, using your logic, Pogba, Mkhitarayan, zlatan aren't that great because they joined united and not a better club who are in the CL. At the end of the day, I don't need validation of a players ability through the number of teams that are interested in a player. The lad had an outstanding season and was voted one of the best midfielders in the BuLi. I just hope we can finally land him - the signs are promising.
Yes. Firmino as the false 9 will work well with Salah and mane on either side. Don't forget about Origi as well.
I'm trying to forget Origi. Great if Firmino is fit and Studge buy outside of that I'm not so sure. I imagine that we can also play... Salah Mane Coutinho As a front three.
