Redmond being assessed today....torn between a desire to see him in the semi-final and the desire to protect any Saints' player. Let's compromise and get him fit for the final.
Been doing a lighthearted Q and A quiz on Sky with Targett and Stephens representing us (we lost). One of the questions was which of the 4 contestants had the most Instagram followers....Targett said it was him....he was right! As one of the other lads said, 'How did you manage that?'
I thought HWP had a marvellous game against Poland, his pass completion must have been pretty much 100% and his deadfall delivery was amazing despite everyone's attempts not to get on the end of them
Wrong thread! think i'm still sleepy.. edit: Ok i'll just say that its great to see Prowsy's deadly set pieces transferring to the international stage, i have a feeling think they might work well with Gallagher up front. Would like to see that combo for us at one point next season.
http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/sa...nt_and__humbling__visit_to_Auschwitz/?ref=rss JWP went with some members of the U21 squad to visit Auschwitz. Out of cowardice I could never go as I would get very upset, but important not to forget the past.
I visited as part of a stag party in Krakow. We all took the relatively short day trip. I think it's very much worth the effort to visit and it's a lot more than some cold empty buildings and horrific statistics. There are even some heart warming stories within the mass brutality, but if the thought of visiting makes your stomach churn, then it's not going to make it any better by going.
