    Yeah,I'd agree.

If they don't lose Llorente and/or Siggy, they'll be fine next season, imo.

as we won't buy anyone that we have been linked to (which happens every ****ing year so as a Gooner we get blasé about it) and we will sell Sanchez to City for £50m as we need the money as Stan's ranch needs new fences

Likewise Quentin ... I suspect it might be more difficult for Spurs to hang on to a top 4 place than for us to challenge for 8th, given the monies the top clubs are spending ... as for us ... we are investing like you'd expect for a club 19th on the list of the world's richest clubs (compiled by Forbes earlier this month btw <whistle>) but then we've already established that your knowledge of football in confined to whatever is on the BBC Daily Gossip Column .<whistle>

Going with my head and thinking about this would be boring so as with every season I will go into it looking for us to win it.

This year right now, next year soon.

If we can adjust to Wembley then I'd say top 3. We hold an advantage over most sides by having a settled XI, even if Walker goes it won't make a huge difference as Trippier is a great stand-in and then Kyle Walker-Peters will be the second choice. A few squad additions and the promotion of more of our exciting youngsters and I don't see any reason why we can't be up there again.

I'd make Chelsea the favourites, though with City trying to sign every top player, it will no doubt pay off sooner rather than later and then we'll all be told how great Pep is by the arse-licking pundits.

    Aint that the ****ing truth.

Loved the fact that all pundits billed last season as a Jose V Pep showdown for the title.
Chelsea and Spurs kinda pissed on their bonfire didn't they! <laugh>

Get what you say about " adjusting to Wembley but it's not just that IMO.... I also think you have to factor in the fact that most teams coming to the stadium will be on their "A" game playing at there .....sort of their cup final ?
