In my opinion he should stay in the side. If he is taken out he will feel like the whole world is against him. He is stil a kid really. It must be so difficult being a 20 year old, having cost £16m to become the first choice keeper in the biggest team in the world. I don't know if Ferguson has made a mistake in signing him now. It is such a massive ask for De Gea and you can see already it is weighing him down.
The problem he has as such a young man at such a big club, is that being a goal keeper is such an unforgiving position. Most mistakes tend to lead to goals rather over other positions. But if he is dropping clangers in a glorified friendly and against a bottom half quality prem team, how will he fare when the real pressure is on later in the season in the title run in, C.L etc? You don't become a bad player over night but you do feel this will be fergies biggest test this year, making sure the VDS retirement doesn't effect you too much.
Madrid are the biggest club in the world due to the top players that they have attracted (zidane, both ronaldos, figo etc) one of the best stadiums in the world massive local support as well as world wide and 9 european cups
That would mean they are the best club. United have much more support than Madrid, they make more money than Madrid too. United are the most watched team in the world hence why they are the biggest. I never said they were the best.
When you say support, do you mean asian/african fans who wear shirts but never go to games?? Madrid have bigger attendances than you. Madrid are the biggest club. United may be a better business model but that's about it. Take off the blinkers. Simply they have always been able to attract the worlds best players, United (as with all English clubs) never have.
I think it's similar in size to OT, but they have a massive safe standing area so the overall capacity is larger. The capacity figures also show that if we expand OT to 90k plus we'd easily have the largest attendances in Europe! And of course, if the Chelsea fan wants to measure the size of a club by their attendance, they have to admit that City, Liverpool, Newcastle, Rangers and even FC Nuremberg are bigger than them
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Average...football_clubs Ooooh would you look at that. That makes you look like an idiot doesn't it? So not only do more United fans go to the game than Madrid but we have more fans worldwide who contribute more money than they do at Madrid thus making United the biggest earning football club in the world. Once again I never said United were the best but they are the biggest. Would you agree that Arsenal are bigger than Chelsea but Chelsea are better?
Using Wiki as evidence is not the greatest idea!! I could quickly go and change that page so Liverpool were top
I knew you would bite Swarbs To be honest Wiki was one of my main sources of info for my first degree!!
SAF will let him start the Tottenham game I'm sure, as were at home and he'll get alot of support of the fans. But I catn but help think many more of there's type of silly mistakes, were also very lucky to have another very good goal keeper in "Lindegaard" remeber the lad had a very good overall performance in the us tour so in Eric Steele and SAF I trust the right thing will happen, firstly for the benerfit of our great club and then for the players involved.
I think you will find madrids average is 70,736 compared to our 75109, you really need to do some homework before you talk utter **** barcelona get a higher average than us so do borrusia dotrmund but not madrid, unlucky
