    No idea what style of play he adopts but the fact that Alaves topped the yellow card count this season in La Liga with 121 may indicate a slightly defensive style!

    If he plays a defensive style here he won't last 5 months let alone 5 years.

    I hope he only did that due to the quality at his disposal and with a better squad will think in a different way. Assuming we are actually better - Not sure.

    Put it this way it MUST have been a key discussion point during the interviews.

    So what if he played a defensive style at Alaves ?. He can only piss with the cock he has - why should his team rock up and be cannon fodder for the `big boys`. Lets see what he can do with more resources.
