If you sign a contract that says yer gonny get butt ****ed it's a binding contract. The only way to get that contract ripped up in court is if there is a legal issue with how the contract was drawn up. How fair the contract is means **** all. You signed it. End of ****in story.

I think it's grossly unfair that am paying the asking price for a car that immediately and substantially depreciated in value the minute I drove it off the forecourt.

Am goin to court to get the contract ripped up under the Imaginary Unfair Contracts Act 2019

As I said earlier, if Ashley has come to an agreement there must be something in it for him, pretty sure he's not going to lose money.

    I agree.

The details that have been released thus far seem reasonable. But then again, anything would seem reasonable compared to the butt **** that was the previous agreement.

    Price hike? Cancel without penalty
Rules set by the regulator Ofcom mean that customers can leave mobile, landline or broadband contracts penalty-free if a provider ups prices mid-term - but only if it didn’t warn you about the rise.

You may also be allowed to leave without paying a charge if the rise is of 'material detriment', for example a rise that's bigger than the RPI rate.

If your mobile phone provider has warned you about rises in their terms and conditions and they are in line with RPI, you won’t be able to leave if you’re still locked into a contract.

If you do want to leave, you'll have to pay an exit fee.

If you’re outside the minimum term of your contract then you’ll be allowed to leave without paying. You should check with your provider about how much notice you need to give to do this.

    He's no.

You and I could sign a contract where I pump your missus. If she thinks the pumping she's getting is rubbish then she might question the fairness of the contract. She isn't getting the service signed up for. It then goes to how the contract was drawn up. Is there a stanza in the contract that specified in any way the quality of service?

The key word is "legality". If a court can rule that a stanza in a contract was not met or breaches a legal precedent then it MAY be annulled. Otherwise, an agreed contract is binding.

He said you could get a contract annulled for being 'unfair' - which is complete bullshit.
