    Pretty much what you said ... you said it be as simple as going to court to get the Rangers sports direct one ripped up.

    I doubt it ...but I'll take yer word for it being that easy .

    He controls the stock. He decides how much the megastore get and the online store get. He's making at least 49% of the profits from those and 50% from SD.

    This is a better deal for sevco no doubt...but the other deal would have seen them go bust.

    Last seasons top...no discount <laugh>

    No, I merely said that the judge(in my opinion) would have ripped it up. You think it is legal just to make up contracts so one person gets pretty much it all and the other gets next to **** all? Obviously this would have to be proven but I thought you were smart enough to realise that. ****ing google the Act that I mentioned, not even sure I got the right name to be honest, but ffs if you think contracts are binding then you are mental. Usually not worth the paper they are written on.
