Thats true. Without the transfer window, the media can only create articles on matches or on topics like "Balotelli accidentally steps on 70 year old woman's foot - What a ****". People read it, but nobody really gets wound-up or gives a crap. But as long as we're still within the transfer window, the DM can WUM. Then people react. Then papers get bought and articles like this one get made. Then the DM chairman sits in his office, toking a big cigar, looking like Jay Jonah Jameson, basking in the glory that is minor recognition and thinking he's bigger than Jesus.
