^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ The first paragraph is spot on. Those with faith start from the belief that there is a God, and treat anything and everything as proof of God's existence.
Thats answers the question of god? there are far more intelligent people than you and me who debated this point haven't proven anything...
I'm fairly confident that neither of us would trade places, I think we have different ideas on what a fulfilled life is. I'm not suggesting you've missed out by the way, if you've had a full and enriched life then good for you. I'm happy for you if you've found something to pass your time with that makes you feel good and gives you hope. There is of course the scenario where we both end up losers, I've been a bad boy and you've been knocking on the wrong door.
No, it doesn't. Believe because you'll be better off if you're right? Then we should all believe in the magical steak and blowjob fairies. As for not losing anything, you're currently forcing yourself to go without food or water, while spending a load of your time praying. I'm not knocking that, but it's clearly not something that you'd choose to do, if you didn't believe in god. That's a cost. There are many, many other flaws with Pascal's Wager, but I think you get my point.
Just a question feller, looking at your delusional debating style and they way you stick your fingers in your ears and say 'I won, I won!', are you familiar/related to or entangled with a infamous ex-poster on here called Sisu?
Well there's probably a lot of political intervention nowadays for sure, perhaps there has been a shift from physical strength to financial strength, for example, but I'd argue it exists just as much as ever in one form or another.
But Sisu was utterly mental and believed in all kinds of contradictory and batshit things! Wait... nevermind. Carry on.
Are you going to write more later or something or do you just need 3 full stops to somehow emphasise your nothing point?
