I know this may not sit well with all, but I fundamentally disagree with positive discrimination. However, I thought Monisha, Claire Williams etc are excellent examples of how successful women can be in this male dominated sport.
I agree about the positive discrimination , but Claire , Monica are no mugs . Another talent - Ruth Buscombe , Senior strategy engineer at Sauber .
There are some excellent talented women in motorsport and all walks of life, who thoroughly deserve their opportunity and have such important impacts in their industry.
