I'm still convinced he will end up at Liverpool this summer, we can't go a whole summer without selling them someone.

 

I honestly cannot see us keeping him , but if he does a Morgan , fair play to him , and those responsible for convincing him to stay for I more entire season .

In fairness he's saying that's what could happen rather than necessarily encouraging him to do so (though that probably underpins what he's saying).

 

The reaction from a large proportion of their fan base and former players to this transfer has been incredibly poor.

He's done a cracking job in season 1, big summer for us, with Lukaku almost certainly going, so we'll see what next season brings. I actually enjoyed going to home games again for the first time in 3 seasons.

 

I genuinely thought he was overrated. I still do, a bit, but he's doing a good job with your bunch, no doubt.

 

He got us defensively organised, and got the squad fit, which was where his predecessor failed miserably.

I'll be interested to see how he takes us on from here.
