I think you're right. The perfect result tonight would be to lynch mafia, have the hunter kill the vampire and for the SK to target the person protected by the SWAT. That would throw things right back in our favour, plus we would get a killer back on our side - and that killer should then hopefully have the chance to carry out an INFORMED kill and not just a guess
As it stands he is in an effective tie. I expect either that he will do a late vote switch to me to put himself in a tie, or knowing Zanjinho, sweat it out and hope his lack of activity makes someone else wobble and do the same.
Worst case scenario if he is telling the truth is that he wins and we continue and still have the chance to win alongside him. Worst case scenario if he is lying is that we don't lynch him and mafia wins meaning we can't win. If he is lynched then either way we have one less bad guy voting and know we haven't lynched a town.
Yeah I guess it's not the end of the world but we really need to start hitting mafia. Or at least the SK as he is still picking us off.
I think Nev has a good point. We need to find some bad guys and if we want to win as town, we need to take some risks. For whatever reason Zanjina decided to reveal his role and there was an opportunity to make him lose by lynching him on that day before his target was killed. On the exact day his target dies, all information is wiped clean and now hes unlynchable and can only be killed/lose by being attacked. Either this is a big play and he's mafia or he really is the back stabber where many coincidences came in. The only thing that will be unbearable will be if he really is the backstabber and wins. As Nev says, him winning doesn't necessarily mean we lose. I will put a vote on Zanjinho
I have been attacking Zanjinho's story since he first came out with it on Monday. If anyone has a lot of time on their hands it would be interesting to look back and see if anyone has consistently defended the likelihood that he was telling the truth.
