    In Chile, during the TV transmission of the Germany vs Australia match, one of the reporters stated two "facts" regarding Alexis Sánchez:

    - Conte, Guardiola and Ancelotti called him personally to convince him to sign for their respective clubs.

    - Alexis is pretty much decided to go to Man City.

    I really don't see where Alexis fits in. Word from City fans is that Sane is the real deal and Pep absolutely loves him.

    Alexis will play through the middle I'd imagine where as Sane is more of a winger. For a team with the resources of Man City they can't really be having a situation where if Aguero or Jesus gets injured they only have 1 striker (assuming Iheanacho is sold which is looking likely). Plus with Sanchez like Jesus he could play anywhere in a front 4 so gives them added depth there aswell.
