That's where we are going, Trafford Centre lol. Will go to Rusholme, Wilmslow Road to break our Fasts.
That's a point. It's been recommended before. Oldham Road takes me straight there. Save some pesa, certain shops?
Never been myself but know plenty of guys who have Depends what you want and how much you buy. Hard to tell some of the stuff is fake tbh All the EA7 tracksuits around Bradford are from there IMO
Ah man Yorkshire pudding is just too nice! Had Sausage and Mash the other day for iftar, just too good... I can never do Chips with Curry/Curry sauce chavvy mate...Chips has to be eaten the way its meant to be, I mean the proper chips not these fake French fries as chips they sell these days!! I have a proper fish and chips shop near me its so damn good but expensive though and it does PROPER Chips!
Why are fish and chip shops so much better up North? Has anyone ever noticed this? In Milton Keynes, the chippies are "Meh", but when I have to go away on business to Stoke, York or Newcastle (which i do sometimes) I always make sure I visit a chippie, because they seem to be soooo much better up North...strange!
Not been to Hajj yet hopefully in the next couple of years. I have been to Umrah (lesser Hajj) several times with family, amazing experience and I believe it actually strengthens your belief even more. The human kindness exists everywhere but I noticed it there more in those times, the people I found the most amazing is the Indonesians, they are just so calm, cool and helpful no aggressiveness at all from those people, whereas you notice from others a little of it at least not them...some experiences are hard to explain I guess as well.. Makkah: is just a busy place with Kaaba but amazing experience with time to reflect Madina: is the polar opposite, really serene place peaceful no rush at all and plenty of time to reflect... Before I went to Umrah, I was even contemplating moving out there actually, one of my close friend is an Saudi and was going to sort everything out as his dads very influential but at the time my dad passed away and then one thing after another never moved....maybe one day but if I did, it would have to be Madina peaceful and Makkah easily accessible too..
Mate everyone does that thinking it will be free looking in the TV and rushing over...we went with out eldest when he was around 15months old, amazing experience and he just got on with it no hassle or crying stuff, spent most of our time in the mosque and probably spent around 4-5 hours at most in the hotel... Got to give the police credit there though, they manage it so well without any force or anything and polite.
Tut tut in Ramadan you suggesting black markets to someone else....just cant believe these Mirpuri's!!! Spud don't listen to him, he is just a Mirpuri...
