You can buy properties for half of the price with far better surroundings, cheaper living and decent infrastructure on the outer limits.

I don't pretend to understand Toby's logic or desire of living in London, his early day comments came across as a young lad living the lights of fantasy.

I suppose if desperate then his options are limited, yes London can bring the cash but I certainly don't see Toby as the brightest spark in the box to be earning that sort of cash, plus he spends too much time on here to be earning serious money.
