Newcastle United are on the verge of signing Eibar defender Florian Lejeune for a fee worth in the region of £8.7m.
We should be all over this one now we've decided to do business with them...even if it's only a loan.
Transfer Centre Live @TransferCentreL Swansea City have expressed an interest in signing Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham, who looks set to join Newcastle United on loan.
Other news suggests Chelsea would rather he did another season in the Championship rather than be a bit part player in the PL. Edit: I'm sure Roman will give him the correct advice.
Looks like that's one of the list... Huddersfield Town are close to agreeing a fee worth in the region of £8m with Chelsea for 20-year-old forward Izzy Brown.
Yup... http://www.skysports.com/watch/video/sports/football/10897571/brown-misses-sitter-in-play-off-final
It would definitely only be a loan, but unless we sign more players that play that position he'll be staying here.
Yeah, two entirely different footballers though. Iheanacho is more of a number 9, Lawrence is closer to a central midfielder than a striker.
Man City would be mental to let him go, even on loan. I rate him. Looks a great prospect and has a decent enough goals to games ratio plus he's only 20.
Man City are well aware of that, they want £25m for him, but the option to buy him back at that whenever they fancy (it's why West Ham have backed off).
Particularly when they've looked patchy up front. I thought that Jesus (no jokes) was injured again as well?
Willy Caballero has passed a medical at Chelsea and has already signed a contract with the club. [@CLMerlo]
