I have to agree with Tarquin. Jelavic wouldn't cut it in the EPL so can't see Newcastle making a bid for him.
I would not be too worried about Jelavic, its the combined total of ten average hard working players added to the skill of an experienced partial referee that worries me most. Last season I don't think one of the Ibrox blues would have got on to our first eleven on merit. Yet they won one league game and drew one league game against us and were handed the league.
