Now i'm no mathematician but i think it works like this.
100 +7% after 1 year becomes 107
the next year your 107 +7% becomes 114.49
114.49 +7%becomes 122.50
And so on.
Three years at 7% is 122.50 not 100 + 3 x 7 = 121

And as this is the transfer thread enough of this ****e.
