Just hope the price tag doesn't have the psychological effect on him that it seems to have on some players. Be a shame if it hampers his development, we may need him for the WC

 

I would presume he would be given robles is awful and skeleton has proven poor. One can only conclude that if you pay the going rate you want him in your team no?

You can google the Liverpool interest. Liverpool went to second favourites, so many of you knew the FSG way and the cheapskate ways/moneyball if you must

 

I did just that, to make sure.

Sorry PJS, there is only one with Liverpool (the Scum Newspaper, who hate LFC). The only clubs listed as having shown interest in Maguire, Leicester (obviously), Everton, West Brom and Spurs.

He's included in the same articles with Robertson, who we are linked with, but its never claimed we showed an interest in him. Probably cause we've been so linked with VvD, why would we be interested in Maguire if we were so definite about our chances of getting VvD?
