The only game you're playing is the 'look at how much of a ****wit I can make of myself' game.
I know you are bullshitting about being a Lawyer, because you subsequently admitted it.

    Keep em coming Forrest :)

  2. I think it was something to do with CIL payments? Or was it s.106 Agreements?

In any event, I do recall that Stan showed an incredible degree of ignorance on the subject.

I'm not sure that Tobias had anything much to do with things, other than to attempt to stir things up. Fruit 'n' Veg merchants tend not to know much about planning law.

An S 106 agreement is basically a legal bribe depending how much you have to pay your district councillor and his/ her mates. Numb nuts <ok>

I do seem to remember you claiming that s106 agreements had been scrapped, despite one being implemented during a large build near where I live.
That was one the many incidents on here that demonstrated that you knew **** all and were bullshitting about being a Lawyer.

Do you really want to start that dance again HIAG?

In a nutshell you said s106 no longer existed. It does. You also made the claim that small house builders are responsible for the majority of new builds, which I also showed to be complete nonsense.

But it did lead to the famous "why are you doing this Stan" comment.

I don't need to hear that you're a bullshitter, but you do it anyway.

Ah, yes! That's right. It all comes back to me, now.

There was some change in the rules, and I happened to make some throw-away comment on the matter, and Stan began to interrogate me about my knowledge of planning law, and I ended up making him look extremely foolish!

I think it was during his ensuing meltdown that he confessed to being little more than an estate agent.

    Those were fun times!

HIAG why do you inflict this **** on yourself ?

You started a thread crying about Potatoes. It's then gone to you crying about people on an internet forum not caring what job you actually do in reality, to this point, where having already been completely done by people with more knowledge than you, you are about to take another pasting on the very same issue.

I might as well order in an extra large tub of popcorn now :)

Fortunately your hysterical meltdown after your "throw away comment" was ripped to pieces is documented for anyone to review :emoticon-0136-giggl

I'm surprised you're so keen to bring it back up again as it was one of your darkest hours! :emoticon-0103-cool:

  18. Yeah, I see that you are forgetting what a complete tit you made of yourself. I remember taking you apart on some issue, but can't quite recall it.

It clearly wasn't of sufficient interest to me to have registered much. I was so obviously toying with you.
