I completely disagree. A successful, young, ambitious coach who has done 3 full seasons learning his trade. Also the appointment has been handled extremely professionally by the club. No leaks or rumors until Phil Hay, obviously with permission, is allowed to break the story at exactly 12 noon. Shows how media savvy our new owner is by trusting the local press and getting them onside as well.
Either way, it's what we've got, might as well give the guy the benefit of the doubt and hope he stuns us all. If that happens then Radz earns much respect - I can see why the less positive bretheren are already reaching for the razor blades though. Strange one.
I said all along Id judge him on his appointments but seemingly most are happy with this one so Ill go with the flow
Good luck to him! He is our manager and we should get right behind him. The interesting thing will be the recruitment over the Summer. I don't expect to see us splashing the cash, however 3-4 shrewd signings could make us at least as competitive as last season. Something worth remembering is that it's not Rads fault that we were starved of any success over the last 10+ years. He and the directors have a clean slate as far I am concerned. cheers
