As long as they're in before the Pre Season it doesn't really matter when a new manager is appointed.
I used to use that Mastermind - Specialised Subject - The Bleedin' Obvious, with a friend of mine, who used to tell me things even the most ignorant would probably know, as if it were gold dust data. Eventually he got the message.
You're expecting us to get back all the goals we saved last season then. Not a happy occasion seeing CP sacked. I'd have been more comfortable with a mutual parting of ways but I do have doubts whether he would have been able to deliver improvement next year so I think this is the right decision. Harsh but for the best.
You know, having read the Echo reports I feel really bad for Claude. The club and the fans have really let him down and he's been well and truly shafted. Like the report says, anyone who thinks we should/could have done better than 8th last season is a deluded idiot. The manager got the best result possible on balance and perhaps even bettered it by getting to Wembley and so close to a win. Yes the football was dreary more often than not but we don't have Barcelona's squad. He had a **** hand and did a good job. Nice one Claude, best of luck for the future and I hope you got a massive payout to soften the blow.
Hardly Jay's fault his brother's a dick. Dunno what Joe Rodriguez does for a livinh, but hopefully he'll get the sack.
They said anyone expecting better from Claude is deluded! They said deluded. They can't say deluded. That's wrong, patronising and wrong again. They said deluded.
I wouldn't be surprised if we expected Puel to take another job elsewhere and he didn't, hence the sacking. Puel waited for this to get paid off, would be surprised if he is in work very soon. Again the timing also right for a fairly close announcement re takeover as I'm sure they would insist on s clean slate...
