Not all the time but it is usually a good starting point. A general lack of education can be correlated to lower levels of intelligence, I point no further than the guests on Jeremy Kyle as an example. Getting pregnant at 14 by your mum's boyfriend's dad while cheating on your boyfriend who is your cousin usually points to a lack of academic achievement. Either that or you are from Norwich.
