You just don't get the import of the words, do you? It's the equivalent of Leeds spending £100m on their squad in the close season, and you're more concerned about a pie costing 1p more. It's not about little incidents - the statement refers to capability, should they wish to use it. They haven't. Their extremists have been at it for 1500 years and got nowhere.
