I'm still sure you'll have paid VAT on the majority of stuff. There's a list of about 5 things that are truly VAT exempt.

 

£12m with add-ons, so maybe not £17m in the end, depending on how ridiculous those are.

£5m add on if he wins the premier league, fa cup, league cup, champions league and World Cup all in the same season.

 

Will likely be majority appearance based, with maybe a clause also related to England call ups, but it's guesswork.
