We didn't sell Hawley to Arsenal, we sold him to Leeds, who sold him to Sunderland, who sold him to Arsenal.
Still brings back nightmares I can't tell if you're serious? The only scenario I could see this being a problem was if we were selling out every home game and even then, I'd expect them to at least get a free ticket for themselves. Considering we have thousands of seats spare every home game, let the young girls and boys bring their family too!
I hadn't caught up on this thread yet now it's full of drivel about Leicester City. Is there anything new regarding us since about 6pm yesterday other than our 'Arry turning his coat?
We once sold Andy Robertson to Liverpool, who now seems to be on his way to Burnley.. Not sure how you work that one out, but there you go...Toilet paper talk.
Hull City News @HDMHullCity Seydou Doumbia rejects chance to move to Hull City, claim reports in Italy.
With Leicester going for Harry, couldn't we request one of their out-of-favour strikers on loan as part of the deal? Musa , Ulloa?
I don't think we'd get either of those but Tom Lawrence who was on loan to Ipswich last season would be good. Or Kapustka on loan
They could easily be relegated too, their squad is currently average at best, it all depends how their squad shapes up over the next few months.
Most players would still rather play for Spurs and you know it. The reason you won't finish above Spurs and Everton is because they have better squads and better managers than you do, its not impossible for you to finish above them but its highly likely, if you're that confident get some cash on it, you'd make a fortune.
Oh behave ha ha our squad is the same as when we won the league minus Kante but now have Ndidi we don't miss him at all, oh your bitterness does make me laugh. Our average at best squad won their CL group, knocked out the winners of the EL for the last three years and only lost our quarter final tie to Athletico because of a penalty that was given for a foul a yard outside the box. I'd love to see how Hull would get on in the CL, you'd be more of an embarrassment than Spurs and Arsenal. We'll qualify for Europe next season, last time I said that in preseason we went on to win the league, just saying.
You won't get Lawrence but Kaputska isn't a bad shout. He's looked excellent when he's had his opportunities but he's so lightweight. He'll be a good player one day but I don't think he'll fully make it in England.
Most people enjoyed Leicesters title win, it was great to see honest, humble fans finally enjoy some success following an underdog team at the expense of the big clubs, same with their CL run. Its a shame its gone to your head and now you're giving your fans a bad name. Most accepted the team massively over achieved, but you're deluded enough believe your own hype. It doesn't pay to be this arrogant, its only going to end in tears.
