I know someone in the mob who works in this area. He closes down sites all the time for breaching the rules. I don't profess to know how it works. As I have said, this is not my area. But I do know very well that the average person has no idea the number of crimes that can be committed by what might otherwise be perceived as "having a bit of a laugh on the internet."
