I heard that Liverpool & Stoke were after both Robbo & Tymon, the possibility is that Tymon would be loaned back to sweeten the deal for us.

 

What we need with both of these deals is a bidding war.

 

Throw in £15m for Clucas and that's probably where the rumoured £50m transfer kitty for Slutsky comes from. ie nil actual spend.

 

If Tymon goes it will not be on good terms ( according to what has been said on here ) I really can't see him coming back to sweeten anything, not even the coffee.

 

Btw I had no idea that Maguire was in the last year of his contract. In that sense I agree that anything over 15m would be good business for you.

 

My assumption with Josh Tymon was he is a Hull City supporter playing for his club as he was born in Hull but the more this drags on the more that I get feeling that may not have ever been the case though I'm sure some on here will present a different argument.
He looked ok nothing special and no way near Robertson's quality but hopefully over time he will achieve his ambitions which are clearly not with us.

 

Maguire in fairness would make Morgan look like a pub footballer.

I hope you are right with your 15-20m fee more than I am as this isn't a competition as we are all supporters and will all hopefully benefit from the transfer fee.
