He's a good left back, but not irreplaceable. Has been great for us though after coming through some pretty bad loan spells before. Confident we can find another LB if he goes.

 

There we go with the "deluded" label again. As in, "anyone who disagrees with me is deluded". Give it a rest mate, please. You have your opinions - presumably based on what you have seen on the pitch. Other's have contrary opinions, also based on what we have seen.

I think we'll miss him more than people think. One of the best LB's in the league.

McQueen absolutely no where near his level currently imo.

This kind of reminds me of those saying Vic wasn't that good this time last year.

 

We haven't really missed Vic though have we?

 

I think we did massively in the big games.

 

We did, but was that partly down to tactics and only have one Romeu infront of the def...and if you disagree everyone will see how deluded you are...

 

Partly due to tactics yes, but that's also down to the fact we didn't replace him like for like so had no one to effectively play that role next to Romeu.

And if you think I'm deluded then you must be deluded pal!

You make a good point about not having someone to play that role, but Puel is largely to blame, he planned what he needed and how he approached games with the squad at his disposal, and you're spot on with the big 7 teams as we really struggled to cope with them!

Actually, I'm very impressed with the restraint that everyone has shown of late, especially on the Politics Thread in the election period. Everyone, give yourselves a pat on the back.
