Looks really in keeping with the area, they were putting up a timber facade which look really nice.

They're the best hotel rooms in Hull, highly unlikely that anyone would select it to use as a knocking shop. :emoticon-0112-wonde

Swish. Got to say some of the development has exceeded expectations completely. Looks top drawer - I much prefer these apartment style hotel options than actual hotels. Just gives you more flexibility.

Yeah I've used apartment style in Liverpool and Leeds recently. They're ideal I think

We've started using apartments - even done a few Air BNBs - which to date have been brilliant. We did an Air BNB in Switzerland over Easter which was excellent. I'm sick of hotels - used to stay in 2-3 a week.

Did AirBNB in France last year. Good price, nice place but it was clear that the owner, a single mother with 2 kids, had just moved out for the days that we were there. The fridge was full of their food, wardrobes full of their clothes, even postits on the door saying things like dentist next thursday.
Can't say anything was wrong with it but it just felt a bit odd.

It's not actually a place, it's just a platform for anyone to offer B&B accommodation, some are good some are rubbish.

I assumed he meant the place he got via AirBnB was amazing.

I did it in Florence, worked perfectly, great location and was much cheaper than hotels.
