I generally stick to normal places now, as everytime I went east of western Europe something happened in the country I was visiting within a day or 2. I'm like an omen of war.

Yes lots of times. I live in Cornwall and I can catch a flight to St Mary's around 10 mins from my house. Isles of Scilly are beautiful. Especially the off islands of Tresco and St Martins. The water is crystal clear, with white sand beaches and sub tropical plants. It's like a cooler version of the Bahamas.

Wasn't keen on Istanbul personally. Too many pests around for my liking.

Jamaica is an impressive place to go. So much beauty on one island.

I also like ibiza, not the town but away from the tourist spots is seriously nice.

I thought Thailand was an absolute ****hole. Enjoyed the trip but what a grotty place. I know if you go trekking for days you'll find beautiful spots. But I went as a tourist and the places we visited were ****ing grim.

Cornwall is gorgeous, very lucky to have that available to us all on our doorstep.

Hong-Kong is a very interesting place. Would like to go back sometime for sure.
