    Solteldo has come on for Venezuala and looks a good player, only 5ft 3" but very quick and can pass a ball well. Since he has come on England have lost their domination in midfield.

    This U20 keeper (Woodman) has looked excellent and just saved a pen. Even before that I was thinking this kid looks brilliant.

    Good win for them that. How many will go on to represent full team? Remains to be seen,

    Lookman looked the one player in squad with bit of quality, playing proper league football certainly has helped.

    None of the rest really stood out and shone.

    If you go back to 2009 the squad had faff all make a career for themselves bar martin kelly and trippier... that says a lot.

    Even 4 years ago the squads had the likes of ngoo.... butland was one from that time.

    You are right to trust what you see rather than think this lot will go forward to seniors.
