seen similar from club v club fans some people are just ****s when they are in a crowd and drank a lot
I don't think the SNP has anything to do with it, most people up there won't have a clue what they're on about. Studies and research have been done to show that the average English 5 year old is more academic than the average jock.
Well, that was tight. On another note, my youngest grandson got an award and I am chuffed. I spoke, a few months back, about a lad called Paul Bond. Paul played for me as a 18 yr old, 18 years ago. Paul finally lost to lung cancer (never a smoker) a few months ago. Tonight I watched his lovely lass and boy step up to take his Manager's Award for last season - he managed his son's team - Paul didn't give up for anything. Everything in perspective; just thought I'd share it with my football board and Internet friends.
I lived amongst it for 15 years, I always said to people if you want to see racism then go to Scotland against the English, it is frightening. I came away from the country vowing never to return again, because I experienced things up there which were truly shocking. It doesn't surprise me at all what your daughter is saying.
Oh I can believe that mate. I was in Jockland when NI beat England( when Healy scored that screamer) and it was nasty. I was on holiday, in a clubhouse on a holiday site with my 3 year old son. Didn't stop the silly ****s giving it rock all to me at the bar despite the fact they hadn't even played. The hatred is , quite literally, unbelievable. Serves me right for going on holiday in Scotland. Never again.
Lived in Kintyre early 80s. Been to Dundee area a lot. Horrible ****s that truly hate us. Dunno why it surprises anyone. It's always been like that. It's envy, pure and simple.
Frankly that is over played, they say that but in reality, and this was also written by a Scottish professor up in Scotland, he said, and I agree, they have an inferiority complex, chip on their shoulder about the English. There is just an inbuilt hatred which is passed down from generation to generation.
I've described my treatment there for 2 years aged 13 to 14 as racist. Most people just laugh but it really wasn't funny. I was brought up to judge people on who they are rather that nationality or colour or anything else but that experience definitely made me more aware of how ****y racists are.
You've got to remember this was their cup final! They're jealous of us in every walk of life and it causes bitterness! I'm going in August I'll tell them when I get there!
I shagged a Scottish bird once called, wait for it, Wilma. Happy to share this. She liked the English
