There is no word of Martin Broughtons action against Hicks, however that was probably settled out of court to avoid controversy.

How is your debt falling when Mal Glazer took out a loan to pay off a loan? Thats how your PIKs were paid. GLazer took out another loan. There was utter bullshit going around that he paid off his PIKs out of his own pocket....he didn't...he borrowed. Face it you're screwed, thats why you couldn't buy Snjeider.
Yet we splashed nearly £60m on other players I didn't realise you worked as Man Utd's financial adviser KPR. Check the facts - revenue up, debt falling. You can keep talking about Man Utd being screwed all you want but it won't make it true.

I tried logging on here a couple weeks back, but couldn't remember the user name I had used and it told me none of the e-mail addresses I tried had accounts tied to them... grrr... Anyhow, had to set up a new account just to spread the news of Hick's latest legal/money issues and to laugh at it (to see you already are laughing at it). Ahhhh... misery to Hicks is music to my ears.
