Was reading bit on sky about Costa... sidemote was an interesting table showing points won by forwards goals. Costa 20 won team 15 points, more than anyone else.

quite interesting to see llorente and vardy scored less than half the goals of Kane yet goals equates to same number of points. Is #doingalukaku actually #doingakane?

Does show that Costa gets important goals that mean something and win points. Doesn't often score braces or Hatrick a, just one goal here another there but they are often crucial ones which make the difference.

 

Meh. De Gea and courtois top top keepers.

Lloris is under that with Cech. Then have next batch like butland, schiemiechal, Mig, Forster that can do a job. I would put Butland higher or hasn't missed a year injured, think he's quality.

He makes too many howlers for me. He's like Mig in that pulls off Wonder saves but does something silly and lets one in. Plus he's pretty poor from crosses.

 

I wouldn't want us to pay that for any keeper.

And I don't think Lloris is any better than Mignolet to be honest.

Interesting point above on kane.

He seems to get a few hat tricks and such so his goals cannot all be winners
