She's already said that losing a second referendum wouldn't prevent a third one.
Basically, she's not going to stop asking until she gets the answer that she wants.

She can say what she wants, but it will prevent a third one.
They had one, they voted to stay in
Then Brexit happened, she moans the landscape has changed, they were lied to...blah blah blah.
Ok , have a second crack....."Oh you still voted to stay in the UK?.....so sit down and shut the **** up you stupid bitch"
She would not get a third, our parliament are dithering on given them a second, why in the hell would you think a third would be easier to come by?

She'd come up with another excuse. There will always be another reason.

We should just strap Sturge to the front of a Paveway and if she manages to make it back to the UK she can have independence without a referendum.

That's the fairest deal all round I believe.

It'd be like watching a rodent trying to shout down a bear. I reckon after 30 minutes he'd just get thrown out on the front lawn of the Whitehouse and be forced to run the sniper gauntlet.

"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh I don't agree with the shoot to kill poli....."

The thought of waking up tomorrow morning to be confronted everywhere with images of a delighted Theresa May outside Downing Street, promising more austerity, more A&E closures, telling us what Brexit means, simultaneously starving the police of resources while tearing up the Human Rights act - it's too much to bear.

No more nasty party thank you very much - I'm off to vote for the nice guys. You know the ones.

I personally think they've had the chance and should stfu already... at least for a while!

    If it did happen though:

    a) I'd be entitled to a Scottish passport and if they got into the EU then freedom of movement for me!

    b) they'd still bang on about it and keep trying for another referendum

I like you're analogy, but let's be honest here for a while, if Corbyn tries to shake down Donald Trump, it's only going to end up bad for one of them and by 'them' I mean the UK.

The EU have already ruled that an independent Scotland couldn't be eligible for European membership. Also without the BoE propping up the Scottish pound they'd be totally ****ed.

    I know mate......
But its what we are facing.
I seriously dont know how it has come to this.

All we've heard for years is people moaning about the elite, the politicians and companies dodging tax and fiddling expenses, people moaning about the upper crust pissing on the little man.
We finally get a politician who will stand up to this ethos and do everything he can to combat it and people have been suckered by right wing media that he is "unelectable", because he didn't agree that we should have illegally occupied Ireland, so that makes him Pro-IRA <ok>
    FFS <doh>

Theresa May has run the most inept and ineffectual campaign I have ever seen from a politician, but is still going to win purely because people have been brainwashed.
I bet 90% of Tory voters can't even tell you why Corbyn is "unelectable", it's just something they have heard that they are repeating.
    "Facking Kahnt larks Tewawists!!"
Best Spin job in the history of mankind.

****ing Branson and Murdoch are doing everything in their power to make sure May gets in, Branson has his eyes on the NHS and Murdoch wants 100% ownership of Sky, and both of them want to pay **** all corporation tax. Is it any wonder when two the richest and most powerful media moguls in the world are dead set against Corbyn, that all form of media is telling you to vote Tory <laugh>

It's a bit like all those people who were fooled into thinking leaving the EU would make Britain richer and stronger!

It has the potential given the right people to negotiate.

    That's possible though.
There were and are, just as many people brainwashed into thinking that leaving the EU will turn the UK into some Post apocalyptic, Mad Max type wasteland, where we are all fighting for water and killing each other.

I'm sure David Davis will do a cracking job once he's finally got to grips with the rules and procedures.

I need to use a sarcasm emoji that hasn't yet been created.

How Brexit affects this country, is 100% dependant on what kind of deal is made with the EU, and other states once we are out.
But lets not get into a Brexit argument.....save that for the Politcs thread.

May, Davis, Johnson and Fox will be negotiating the exit. Not Starmer.

    Good luck!

How the hell has that politics thread got to 1222 pages if you're all voting for the same party <laugh>

Surely one person hasn't whipped the rest of the posters up into a 1200 page frenzy!

There's a few UKIP, BNP and far right Tories posting in the thread. Couple of self confessed racists as well.
