Not at all. Changes to Corporation Tax doesn't affect the ability of businesses to make ends meet, it affects their after-tax profit margins. It would be incoherent to respond to reduced profits by reducing the size of a business in the way you described, as that would simply make it worse. I've no particular axe to grind either way in respect of Corporation Tax - it's just what you posted made no sense. It's Ok though, you're in good company on this thread....

My point is you can feed a child for less than £20 per month when it comes to school lunches. Fact is there's a hell of a lot of irresponsible parents who spend money that should go on their kids on themselves and expect some ****er else to foot the bill when it comes to feeding their kids.
