Were I live a mixed school wouldn't have given me as good an education. The best schools in Omagh are the CBS for boys and the Convent for girls. Of course the Acadamy was also a good school and mixed but Catholics didn't go to that school.

Because in my town, there's 3 schools. An all-boys school, an all-girls school and a mixed school. The first two are 'outstanding' schools, whilst the other is a pile of **** for Pikeys, Chavs and general reprobates and degenerates. It's also an "arts and drama" school FFS.

Plus, because there was an all-girls school, we got our pick of the ladies from there. <cheers>

my school was a performing arts college <laugh> but its also oustanding according to ofsted, we got it in 2006 when i was head girl in year 11. i like to think its partly down to the complete bullshit me and the head boy told the ofsted inspector while we gave him a tour of the school about feeling like "the students voice is really heard here" etc etc. <laugh>

I'm still trying to figure out which foot you kick with. My protestant missus got to go to a mixed school while I was gaying it out in St Macs Grammar - no choice for me, all the good schools were same sex.

In my school, people randomly sniffed the gas taps in science class, slit the teachers car tyres if they got detention, shat in the sink etc.......

and I was the quiet one <whistle>

The worst thing we did was spray a swear word on the table in Physics class with deoderant and lit it with the bunsen burner.

For apparently being a bunch of posh boys (relatively in Belfast that is) it was mayhem in our year.

We had this kind of inverted bullying going on, everyone in our class would pick the strongest brute in the class and absolutely torture him. One big ginger fella in my class, about 6 4 when I was about 5 6, one day walking home from lunch I grabbed my curry chip and shoved it in his schoolbag, all over his books and homework etc.

20 mins later we're all siting in class and big Ging comes in absolutely fuming, the conversation goes like this

Ging: "SIR, SIR! Someone threw curry in my schoolbag"
Teacher: "Ciaran, you are late for class, have you done your homework?"
Ging: "ummm, Sir I was going to tell you about that... I forgot to do my homework last night"
Teacher: "Ciaran, you threw curry in your own bag didn't you, to get off your homework?"
Ging: "**** YOU I DIDNT THROW CURRY IN MY OWN BAG YOU ****"

... ... Ging suspend from School for two weeks <laugh>

I found that a lot of the people who hung around with bullys also got bullied quite a bit because they were kinda stuck in between <laugh>
