If Wenger lasts until 2023 he will match Sir Alex's record as longest serving manager in recent memory...

Admittedly, Ferguson can't hold a candle to Wenger's Emirates cup record.

Sadly, however, that is the only record of Fergie's that he is likely to "break."

 

Thing is, of course, that Fergie stayed on for so long because he kept winning titles and European trophies. Wenger is staying on because Mr Chippy wants a new ranch.
