For Saturday I would play Nunez on the left and Sam on the right as I don't think Snoddy's fully fit, Brown and Clayton in the middle and Keogh and McCormack up front. 1. Nunez isn't the only player to have scored from open play and 2. One of those was a tap in from on the line, he did **** all else that match apart from fluff easy chances, promising but shouldn't be starting regularly. Since you're so dissapointed with Keogh and possibly Forssell, Ristac, who should we have signed?
I hear drunk and disorderly, wants to make a football comeback at the age of 39! As a Scotsman, you should know who I mean.....
If they'd been free agents who we'd taken on trial, I'd have been kind of excited about Ings (though I wouldn't expect great things in his first season) and totally uninterested in Miller. Neither of them is the player we need for our formation though.
Only half Scots, and a young one at that. Never paid much attention to Scottish football because it was never what was on when I was growing up thanks to my dad.
I suspected you might have done but didn't want to look like an idiot. Is my memory funny or is he not one of the only players to be criminally charged for an offence commited during a game?
Okay so we sign Keough on a free for 6 months and play him at the expense of Gradel and Howson... Personally I think that is absolute madness. Forssell, where the hell he will fit in I have no idea I am pissed off that Grayson is having to sign these cast offs and players who are no better than average squad type players. Players who won't help get us any higher than mid table. I am pissed off that teams around us are being given money to spend, Forest 29 man squad compared to our 25, spent in excess of a million quid attendance around 3,000 a week less than us. Point I am making good or not other teams with smaller gates are willing to splash the cash. Point is the manager is being given cash to spend
That's the fella, elbow right into the face of a Raith Rovers player, whilst playing for Rangers. 6 month prison sentence for the assualt and quit playing for Scotland in protest. Went on to play for Everton and Newcastle. He's a cult hero at Goodison and now wants to come back to the game, perhaps as a coach.
Your being a ****ing twat, nowhere have I said anything about the quality of the player. I have made it so ****ing clear this isn't a thread to do with the quality of the transfer, it is about being given a transfer budget by a so called smaller team. Now just **** off if you can't grasp the simple fact of what this is about, why you you insist on trying to turn it around into something else is pathetic.
if u look through the history of footy no good player made a good manager----leeds tried it an failed with x players as managers----pity
