Don't often venture out Marfleet way, but know the roads vary from cobbled to rough track once you get past Crown. Highwaymen still operate round there too, so I've been told.
Yeah I know there's no parking at the stadium, but obviously he'd rather drive in to sonwhere walkable Best I can sort is 1.5 miles away, although that's not too bad
Lived in Marfleet Lane from 1940- 1959 when the Crown was then Red Ell and the view from the house front was farms and fields and Marfleet Station.

I reckon there'll be around 20000 people all trying to do the same thing. Park up within a 15-20 min walk. I expect GDP of the Preston Rd/Greatfield area will have a vast short term boost as a consequence.
