I would say its pretty much there. Considering hes the main striker, everyone is there to service him and he takes the pens. Chelsea on the other hand rely on both the wingers more and hazard is more the focal point and takes the pens. Also if costa moves which is likely a new striker needs to settle in Only way stopping kane is if his bum ankle carries on playing up. Also he doesnt need a golden boot. Just more than chelseas top scorer
