I thought you were going to make a point about *****s then. Very difficult to patrol but it must be a concern, I assume there's a 'no photos or filming' policy.
It's a really nice feature, in the middle of the City and kids are running through it in their kegs? Not very 'cultured'
I haven't seen it in person but isn't human interaction what this style of fountain is for, rather than say the Trevi?
Wow, love the fact you don't seem to think the same happens at fountains elsewhere. It's only a good thing ffs. Why do people have to go full Castro and moan about anything humanly possible, regardless of how positive those things are?
Absolutely, but some people go way OTT. Don't forget it's an East Yorkshire thing too, or certain people on here will hunt you down...
People enjoying themselves, kids playing and laughing in public? Can't have that, parents to blame, should have 'em chained to the tansad.
Meteorological Summer is June 1st, which is less than six hours away and it's proper hot, so I'm saying it's summer already. In fact, I've awarded myself the rest of the day off and I'm now sat in my garden, so this afternoon is now a summer holiday. Tell your bosses I said it's okay for you all to go home now.
If it keeps the thieving little bastards out the shops then I'm all for it. Only joking of course...my only concern is how long is it until someone falls ill, blames bugs, and the fountain closes. I went past it at the weekend and there was quite a strong chlorine smell, so hopefully like a swimming pool system. Should get a sign, Ner Pissing or ****tin.
Or washing your donkey (if you remember that story, http://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/hors...l-bransholme/story-27563900-detail/story.html).
